We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our professional firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our financial records, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the office.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage invoicing, follow up on payments, and process supplier bills.VAT Compliance: Prepare and assist with VAT filings in accordance with FTA regulations.Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly P&L statements and balance sheets.Documentation: Ensure all financial records are properly organized and digitally archived.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 2–4 years of bookkeeping experience (UAE experience is highly preferred).Software Proficiency: Strong expertise in QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books, and advanced Excel skills.VAT Knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE VAT laws and FTA requirements.Communication: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
